Benefits of the Ingredients
Lemon

Ginger

Lemon Ginger Kidney Support Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) water
- 1-inch (2–3 cm) piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a gentle boil.
- Add the sliced ginger and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat.
- Stir in the parsley and turmeric.
- Cover and let steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain into a mug.
- Add the fresh lemon juice.
- Add black pepper and honey if desired.
- Serve warm.
