Ingredients:
5 whole cloves (preferably organic)
250 ml of filtered water
1 slice of lemon (optional)
1 teaspoon of raw honey (to taste)
Preparation:
Light toasting (activation of essential oils):
Heat the cloves in a dry pan over low heat for 1 minute

Infusion:
